The Order of Saint Eulalia in West Virginia

The Government in West Virginia is represented by a Chancellor appointed by the Grand Master of the Order. Together with the other 49 Chancellors of the United States of America they form the North American Grand Council. All Chancellors act as Ambassadors extraordinary and plenipotentiary (or Ministers) of the Central Government (The Chancellery) and they are the highest ranking individuals to represent the Order in their appointed States. Their work is to advise and assist the Grand Master in any given area and to represent the Order to all official entities and in all official ceremonies.

The Chancellor of West Virginia presides to and is assisted by the Council of West Virginia constituted by the 55 Councilors of the 55 Counties of West Virginia. Each Councilor is assisted locally by two Lieutenants.
