The Order of Saint Eulalia in Texas

The Government in Texas is represented by a Chancellor appointed by the Grand Master of the Order. Together with the other 49 Chancellors of the United States of America they form the North American Grand Council. All Chancellors act as Ambassadors extraordinary and plenipotentiary (or Ministers) of the Central Government (The Chancellery) and they are the highest ranking individuals to represent the Order in their appointed States. Their work is to advise and assist the Grand Master in any given area and to represent the Order to all official entities and in all official ceremonies.

The Chancellor of Texas presides to and is assisted by the Council of Texas constituted by the 254 Councilors of the 254 Counties of Texas. Each Councilor is assisted locally by two Lieutenants.
